If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to superior results! But knowing what to eat can be difficult—especially with so much contradictory information out there. We make eating the right foods straightforward. With our tried-and-true nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we lay out the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will get results—and you’ll feel the difference in your body and mind that only nutrient-dense food can provide.

We tailor your plan to meet your unique needs and goals. You won’t feel limited. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still have the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any situation. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can enjoy some of your favorite treats—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be there to respond to questions and give you guidance. They will walk you through your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different important nutrients at each meal. Your whole Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and document them for success.

Don’t sweat it if planning isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we advise members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or switch it up to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals each day for a whole week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not positive which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal? Tell us, and we’ll help you stay fueled and satisfied.
